Pakistan is happily hosting this event Pakistan renovated their ground like Qazzafi Stadium Lahore, National Stadium Karachi and Rawalpindi Stadium. By hosting Champion Trophy 2025 Pakistan cricket board will earn more money. From along period of time Pakistan did that host any event of International Cricket Council. Hosting Champion Trophy 2025 is very beneficial and proud for Pakistan cricket.

Pakistan is the defending champion of Champion Trophy 2025 because Pakistan won the champion trophy 2017 final. It was very memorable match for all Pakistan cricket fans because Pakistan beat India in the final match of Champion Trophy 2017. Sarfaraz Ahmed lead the team of Pakistan in 2017 Champion Trophy. Performing well in Champion Trophy 2017 Shadab Khan stable his position and Pakistan International team. Hasan Ali also play very important role in Champion Trophy 2017. Hasan Ali was the leading wicket taker in Champion Trophy 2017. Hasan Ali always gives break through to Pakistan team win Pakistan need wickets in every match. Fakhar Zaman also played very important role in Champion Trophy 2017 in batting department of Pakistan team. In early match is Fakhar Zaman was not included and playing 11 of Pakistan. In early matches Fakhar Zaman did not get opportunity to be apart of Pakistan playing 11. After the some matches Mohammad Hafeez got injured. To replace Muhammad Hafeez Fakhar Zaman got the opportunity in Pakistan team. Pakistan beat England in the semifinal of Champion Trophy 2017 and qualifies for the final and in final match Pakistan beat India by 169 runs.
